I feel like I constantly have to maintain this physical/mental balance. All the conditions must be met and everything has to be just right for me to have a "normal" day. If everything is perfect, I can have a day where I'm not tired, where I don't have this constriction on my mind that makes it hard for me to think and be productive, and where I can walk around not feeling self-conscious. If everything isn't just right, which is 70% of the time, my day sucks. I feel like my brain is encased in warm water and I can't think. I don't feel like doing anything, and I don't even feel like I can walk right. It's really kind of annoying.
